TVR Griffith 500 HC finished in Mauritius blue with Cream leather trim, power steering, 52, 014 miles and HPI Clear. First registered May 1996 and supplied by H. R. Owen. The car comes with the original TVR drivers handbook and service book with 11 stamps, all in the correct wallet along with both sets of keys. Along with the service book is a raft of invoices and receipts, the most recent is from TVR specialists “Python Racing” in Colchester who checked the car over December 2023. They checked the chassis, then removed the exhausts, wiring and pipes and cleaned prepped and painted were necessary before treating with a rust protection. At the same time the car had a new fuel pump fitted along with a new ECT, ECT calibration lead, air intake hose, engine oil and filter change. In 2022 the car had new front brake discs and pads, new brake flexi hoses, new handbrake cable, new near side rear lower suspension arm and new starter motor.

A seismic moment in TVR’s history. Approximately only 2, 600 cars of all variants were produced before production ended in 2002. The Griffith 500 used a 5. 0 litre V8 mated to the Borg Warner T5 gearbox, with 340 bhp and 350 lbs/ ft of torque performance was lively and required close attention.
