Description
Ford Model T Fordor, a very original vehicle with a rarely built aluminium body. In December 1922, a new "Fordor" saloon appeared, the body of which used aluminium sheets throughout. The bonnet and the lower part of the body were replaced by steel in the course of the year. Ford had aluminium installed to save weight, but in the end it was only 70 kg, so steel was used again. The car offered here is in very nice, original condition. The interior appears to be the first one. Engine number and VIN match (matching numbers). There is no welding work to be found on the bodywork. Of course there are signs of use. The engine starts and runs very well, on battery and magneto. The gearbox also works perfectly. The indicators and lights work. Thanks to the three windows on each side (which can all be opened) and the high seating position, you have a great overview. The spare parts supply for the Model T is good. The car comes with the US-title. A viewing is possible by appointment.
