Description
The Honda SL175 was a motorbike made by Honda from 1970 until 1972 with an intentional enduro style with raised fenders, an upswept exhaust system and offroad tyres. This "street scrambler" look was all the rage during the early seventies, with just about every manufacturer offering one. The 175s were immensely popular, with dimensions and weight being little more than a comparable 125, but with more power and speed. This is a real fun bike offering plenty of driving pleasure.
This example is completely restored by Marble Motors, probably the most well known specialist for Honda Motosport classic bikes. It is completely as it left the factory in 1971, including a very rare original toolkit. Finished in the original colour of Candy Sapphire Blue, it looks absolutely stunning. Driving this motorbike is a fantastic experience as it is rather light and very nimble.
A Honda SL175 is a rare find these days, certainly in such a perfectly restored condition. It's a proper collectors item which offers a lot of fun on the road as well. A unique chance to get an iconic motorcycle - ready to be enjoyed with a French road registration and all EEC taxes paid.
