This is the 1st year of the C3 Corvette, and very collectable in this exceptional condition .....
This superb , matching numbers 327 300 BHP fitted with the Rare Manual M21 Close Ratio Gearbox car has only covered 22, 000 miles from new....
Imported in 2022 from Ohio , by the fussiest Corvette collector we know......
He had an NCRS approved Inspection carried out , a copy of which is available in the substantial history file ....
We initially sold the car to another collector in 2023, who has only put 200 miles on it . Previously In the USA, it was owned the previous 30 years by a chap who also used the car sparingly and treasued it....
Never restored, It's really immaculate throughout... It has had a very high end repaint in its life in the original colour of 983 British Green, which presents beautifully still to this day....
The Saddle Tan Interior is in wonderful condition throughout, and believed original....
All the dials work as they should and the Pop Up lights operate smoothly ....
It also has a rare factory hardtop in body colour....
Since being in the UK, the car has been thoroughly gone through and serviced, with power brakes fitted with 4 new calipers, by a Corvette specialist , who remarked how good the car was underneath, and how easily everything came off....
The car runs on Rally Wheels with BF Goodrich Redline Radials and has a full stainless steel exhaust. It also a factory air conditioning car, but i'm not able to confirm if this is working ....
The '68 C3 is a one off year, and is becoming increasingly collectable. Low mileage manual cars in this condition do not come up very often anywhere, let alone in the UK ....
