Description
This is a genuine and very original Limited Edition MGB, with genuine 62, 000 miles on the clock, and having had only one true owner from new. The car is in very good condition with good structure and panel fit. The paintwork, which has obviously been renewed at some stage, is good with only a few minor marks - the sills would appear to have been replaced at the same time. The interior of the car is totally original and in good order – although it must be said that the driver’s seat would benefit from a little attention. The headlining is excellent, as are the dashboard and instruments. The carpets are not showing much wear, and both front footwells have quality fitted MG rubber mats. The car has recently been serviced, tuned and MOTd. Driving it is a great experience, with lots of power from the faithful 1800cc MGB engine, along with a nice smooth gearbox that is fitted with Overdrive. It is nice to see the original LE alloy wheels – good to see that they haven’t been swapped for Minilites. Comes with original Driver’s Handbook and Passport to Service, file of old MOT certificates, V5C and MOT to 28th January 2026. This is a rare opportunity to find such an original example with low ownership and still in its original spec.
