An outstanding Rover with just 13, 700 miles and 1 previous owner (Rover UK).
HISTORY
Supplied new Churchill Rover and pre-registered by Rover Longbridge before being purchased by the one and only private owner. This car was kept at a holiday home (we believe in Greece) for some of its life as there is a foreign invoice in the folder. Sadly the one owner had died before we had the car so some of the history is lost. The car has had a full recommission service in May 2024 including a cambelt and waterpump plus a set of tyres with the invoice coming to over £900. As far as we know the head gasket is original. The MOT history is very clean with the current test valid until May 2025 with no advisories. There is a gap in the MOT history from 2010-2017 which is when we think the car was abroad.
SPECIFICATION
Flame red with grey cloth with red inserts, 5-speed manual gearbox, wood inserts, electric front windows, electric mirrors, manual roof, electric aerial, original Rover radio/ cassette, tonneau cover, full size spare wheel.
CONDITION
In outstanding condition throughout with no dents or scratches, stonechips or marks on the bodywork or bumpers and the wheel trims are virtually unmarked. The interior is beautiful with no rips, tears or marks on the seats, even the drivers bolster is unmarked as are the mats. The roof is outstanding and the rear window is very clear. There is no rust anywhere on the car and the headlamps are crystal clear. New tyres all-round with plenty of tread. Under the bonnet presents beautifully as does the boot area, and under the car is very robust. We have a book pack with the car and a folder with some history and MOT certificates, a clear Motor Check and we have two working keys. Road tax is £345 (pre-April 2025). An exceptional example.
