The Triton motorcycle first appeared in the late 60s and early 70s and was a hybrid of a Triumph engine mounted in a Norton 'featherbed' frame
These bikes were not available from a main dealship but were kit build projects to complete at home, however, some bike shops offered a full build service if required
Dresda Autos began making bespoke frames for these bikes using revised geometry for racing, becoming known as Dresda Tritons and are sought after today
This example has been built using a Dresda-modified 1955 Norton frame housing a 1960 750cc 34bhp Triumph Thunderbird engine
It features a modern ignition system and retro-modern gauges
Not ridden since being built and some small finishing touches and recommisioning required.
Supplied with a current V5C and file containing parts reciepts and build information
