In 1978, Porsche introduced their latest development of the 911, christened the 911 SC, with the 'SC' standing for Super Carrera
Powered by a 3-litre, six-cylinder engine with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel-injection and a 5-speed 915 manual transmission, power output initially was 180bhp, subsequently 188bhp and finally, in 1981, it was increased to a heady 204bhp
First registered in 1982, this UK-supplied, right-hand drive 911 SC has been in current ownership since 2012
Finished in black with factory fitted (Sport-spec) front and rear spoilers and electrically operated steel sunroof, over retrimmed black leather seats and steering wheel and sitting on 16'' alloys
Though there isn’t much history for the early years of this Porsche, our vendor has serviced the vehicle annually since 2012 with all receipts. Other receipts since 2004 include engine work and a gearbox rebuild detailed in condition report
Additional recent major work includes sills and kidney bowls, oil cooler pipes front to rear including thermostat and rebuilt handbrake mechanism and cables
Supplied with fitted carpet mats to the front and rear, two sets of keys, locking wheel nuts, owners’ handbook, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity and original tool roll and tools
