It’s finally time to part with my beloved Z3 2. 8, Henrietta.
Henrietta and I have had some fantastic adventures together but being over 70, it seems I may have to finally grow up and be sensible!
I bought Henrietta brand new in 2000 and have been her only owner since then. She has been loved from the beginning and I have kept and catalogued every document, bill, receipt, MOT etc throughout the following 25 years, from the original bill of sale through to her last service. This is so much more than the usual “Full Service History” often stated and I doubt there are many cars out there with such a comprehensive record of ownership, especially with just the original owner.
She is powered by the classic BMW straight 6 2. 8 litre engine and manual 5 speed gearbox. This engine is considered to be the sweet spot for Z3’s and is known to be bulletproof if looked after which this one has been.
Henrietta’s coachwork is a gleaming Black with a contrasting Red leather interior; she looks and is, stunning and classy.
She rides on highly desirable BMW Style 42 Split Rim Alloys by BBS with matching tyres.
No timewasters please: Genuine reason for a very reluctant sale; I simply don’t get to drive her enough so I’d prefer her to go to someone who appreciates how unique she is.
