This 1956 MGA Roadster is a superb example, of a very useable classic. having undergone a full body-off restoration in the 1990s.
It has been upgraded with disc brakes and a chrome wire wheel conversion, all the original parts are available for those who prefer total originality, Shod with Michelin X tyres, New side screens, The hood was replaced, as was the tonneau - so both remain in excellent shape.
1500 four-cylinder petrol engine, Four-speed manual gearbox.
Comes with a copy of the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust factory record available along with a wealth of paperwork,
The car was completely stripped and professionally rebuilt by The MGA Centre in Darlington, it has covered little mileage since the restoration.

The car was MOT tested in 1996, having only covered 4 miles since completion, bought in May 1998 by a Mr Grant via Grundy Mack a specialist classic car firm, the next MOT was in June 1999 the miles then 435, it has changed owners a couple of times since then currently sharing garage space with my MGB GT and MG RV8,
The paint now exhibits a patina of time and some minor imperfections commensurate with an older restoration.
I have owned it for a couple of years now but it is just not getting any use, so time for a new owner to enjoy this lovely MGA.
