Ready to work 4x4 compact tractor fitted with a brand-new Winton grass topper, all set up and ready to cut your paddocks this season, super easy and light to drive and operate, anyone can drive this tractor its so easy we drive it one handed while making our YouTube demo video.
The tractor starts, runs, drives and stops very well, it’s a clean and tidy, super nimble and nippy little tractor, easy drive column shift forward / reverse and power steering, it has great brakes and the four wheel drive will make sure you have grip wherever you wander. It’s not brand new and there will be some signs of use on close inspection.
“I’ve never heard of Shibaura” they are more often branded as Ford’s or New Hollands, Shibaura, part of the Toshiba group, have been making compact tractors since the 1961 and you can now buy their current brands here in the UK under their own name, just search Shibaura dot com.
3 cylinder 17. 5hp diesel engine starts readily and runs really well, it’s fairly pokey and can travel quickly in top gear. All the gears in the simple mechanical gear box select in all ranges, no sloppy, unreliable hydrostatic drive here, just simple cogs in a box, the clutch is sharp with plenty of bite.
The brakes are very good and the park brake holds so well you’ll stall if you leave it on. Lift arms are working smoothly and the multi speed PTO selects and stops as intended, again see the video watch it lift and spin the mower. It’s a 4 wheel drive model, tested and working pulling on both axles, it has power steering and it’s very easy to turn and manoeuvre in a tight spot. The column mounted gear shifter allows easy forward / reverse manoeuvres with one slide of the stick.
The topper is a brand new “Winton WTM110” fully commissioned and ready to make its first cut, all coupled up ready to work, it’s an ideal match to the tractor and they make a great combination that will keep the grass down effortlessly this summer.
We have manual’s for the tractor, the mower & the PTO driveshaft, the tractor has a new battery fitted and new, clear to read, labels have been added to all the switches and levers so you don’t have to guess or remember which lever does what, all the oil, dipstick, fuel tap, coolant, fuel points and even the fuses have been labelled, not everyone is familiar with tractors and we want to help those possibly buying for the first time.
All the fluids have been checked including the antifreeze strength, see pics, the fan belt tensioned, air filter and radiator mesh screen cleaned, brakes adjusted, everything lubricated and greased, tyre pressures set and its ready to work today.
1793 hours on a working clock, unconfirmed, but looking at the pedals and floor mat they show very little wear and are probably correct, still got its original seat, very clean under the bonnet, tyres all have plenty of tread, showing a few have age cracks but no slow or leaks.

Local delivery within 20 miles of Carlisle is normally for free, further afield we can drop it to most of the UK for £1 per road mile, one way from Carlisle, please ask for a price.
