The 992-generation Porsche 911 Targa 4 is a desirable and surefooted open-top performance car. It is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3. 0-litre flat-six, developing 379bhp sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed PDK automatic transmission with paddle shift.

This is a car that is incredibly rapid from A to B, and while the Targa’s standard four-wheel-drive might reign back some of the tail-wagging playfulness that runs through the veins of rear-drive 911s, it does make it particularly surefooted, even on greasy roads.
