This car comes with the best history that I have ever seen in my life !
Four boxes full to the brim of paperwork including a documented £60000 yes ! 60k restoration in 2010.
Also amongst the paperwork including the original bill of sale all service and parts bills from 1949, virtually every tax disc from 1951 up until 1985 at which time the owner was sadly unwell and the car was laid up.
Remarkably the original key fob and keys still remain with the car, all the handbooks and service and lubrication chart are present.
There are numerous trophies for shows that this stunning car has won since restoration.
There is so much history with this car it would take literally a few weeks to go through it all.
Very hard to believe that this outstanding car will be 80 years of age next year, also even harder to believe that this car was built in under a year of WW2 ending !
In short a superbly restored example that has been lavished from new as a garage demonstration model and then one owner since 1949 until 1999 when the first owners widow gifted the car to her nephew who has owned it and pampered it since.
Only driven 4000 miles since its £60k restoration in 2010.
