This Rover P4 runs and drives but the brakes are sticky due to lack of use, so would ideally need a service before use.
It comes with a current V5 document with only 5 former keepers registered.
The last owner has had since March 1998.
Registered as historic, therefore benefits from MOT and tax exemption.
The trims are present for the bottom of the front wings, however are not yet fitted.
