In all, more than 400 hours of work and €9, 000 worth of invoices on this car, which had been lying dormant since 2011.
A very healthy vehicle, with no corrosion and a very well preserved interior. 0 km driven since the renovation work. The vehicle starts and runs, but cannot be driven on the road in its current state. What remains to be done: - Replace the hydraulic timing tensioner seal (kit supplied). Continuity tested between transmitter and mano, resistance tested, voltage to transmitter OK. Handset replaced. Reserve gauge and warning light do not react - water temperature gauge needle does not move. Source of problem to be investigated: - windscreen washer pump to be replaced (part costs €34); - geometry to be carried out; - engine and fuel/ injection adjustments to be made; - MOT to be carried out; - engine to be run-in and engine oil to be changed again after 1, 000 km. Parts invoices and refurbishment follow-up file available; Numerous photos showing work carried out; Vehicle history, old documents and invoices (invoices from 1986 onwards, including the original invoice for the Zender kit, for example).
