The Porsche 928 marked a number of key departures for Porsche when it was launched in 1977. It became the first V8 powered car from the marque, as well as the first front engined model. The 928 attained the prestigious European Car of the Year accolade in 1978, an unusual award to for a luxury performance model. ‘B639NAB’ showcases why the 928 was such an acclaimed model.
