Produced between 1993 and 1999, the Yamaha GTS1000A was released to replace the ageing FJ1200
The bike's innovative design featured forkless front suspension with hub-centre steering and was Yamaha's first bike to have fuel-injection
Powered by a detuned FZR1000 engine, the bike is more suited to comfortable touring rather than outright speed
This first year of production bike also featured anti-lock brakes and catalytic convertors, normally only used on premium bikes at the time
In good overall condition, the bike is fitted with a custom gel touring seat and has a new Hagon front shock absorber
Confirmed running, the bike has covered a low 6, 611 miles
Supplied with a current V5C and owners handbook along with some service history
