It carried over the classic Tamburini design from the legendary 916
The engine featured a larger capacity, larger valves and a stronger crankshaft giving a healthy 112hp at 8500rpm and 93nm of torque
This 996S is one of the higher spec variants being fitted with Ohlins suspension front and rear and Marchesini lightweight wheels as standard
Confirmed running and has covered just 12, 114 miles with a full service and belt change completed recently
The bike is in lovely, mostly original, condition, fitted with a Termignoni exhaust and sporting the period Infostrada World Superbike Championship livery
