Truly unique Mercedes-Benz 280 SE automatic. This Mercedes was delivered new in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. This limousine had 1 owner from 1968 to 1985. After this, the car was transferred to a family member and in 1989 the car was deregistered and has since been in the garage of the first owner until 2021. Since it is a Swiss delivered Mercedes, it is an original European version with headlights, bumpers and odometer. The paintwork is 90% first paint. Furthermore, there is the original maintenance booklet with the car that confirms the mileage of 83. 000 km.
Really incredibly cool and original is this S-class type W108 with nice extras an automatic with steering wheel shift, power steering, tinted glass, Becker Grand Prix radio with electric original antenna and double horn. The spare wheel, jack and on-board tools have never been used and are completely original.
The insides of the wheel arches are still in the original colour and no welding has been done. Also several original stickers are still present.
The interior is still in top condition. The fabric upholstery was available at that time at an additional cost. In 2021, due to the long standstill, a very extensive service was carried out by an authorized Mercedes specialist (invoice available).
What makes this car unique is its special condition and originality. This is a car for a true enthusiast. The car has a Dutch license plate.
