A comfortable medium-size touring car with a top speed of 120km/ h (74mph), the BMW 320 was produced between 1937 and 1938. Approximately 4, 200 cars were made, of which 1, 835 were cabriolets like this offered here, the majority being two-door saloons. The engine is the classic BMW straight six displacing 1, 971cc and producing 45PS, while the gearbox is a four-speed unit. Very few examples of this model survive.
It is understood that this rare BMW 320 cabriolet came to Holland in August 1952. Presented in nice condition and ready to be enjoyed immediately, the car is offered with a current Dutch title and some old sales advertisements.
