The R1150RS was produced by BMW from 2001 to 2005 and succeeded the fantastic R1100RS
More than just an increase in capacity, the R1150RS was the first BMW bike to use the boxer flat-twin with oil-cooled, 4-valve heads and was fitted with a six-speed gearbox
It used a frameless design, the engine being a stressed member with the 'TeleLever' front suspension mounted directly to the front of the engine with a rear subframe for the rider and low maintenance paralever shaft rear-drive system
This example is well equipped with lockable and removable side panniers, top box, heated grips, adjustable screen and ABS brakes
Confirmed running, it remains in good overall original condition having covered 67, 052 miles
Supplied with its current V5C, original service and warranty books along with some service receipts and MOT history
