The car is being sold from private ownership at a very low price. A very good opportunity to acquire a classic V8 Maserati that is a lot of fun to drive.
About the model
The Maserati Indy was offered from 1969 to 1975 alongside the two-seater models such as the Ghibli. Initially, only the smallest Maserati V8 engine was offered for the Indy, ostensibly so as not to outperform the top-of-the-range Ghibli in terms of top speed, which had a less aerodynamic body shape than the newer Indy.
Otherwise, the Indy is technically similar to the Ghibli, from which it has adopted the technical basis. The elegant and sporty-looking body was designed by Vignale and offers space for four people. There is also enough space for bulky luggage under the large tailgate. Thanks to power steering, well-tuned suspension and a powerful V8, the Indy is still fast and fairly comfortable to drive even in today's traffic. An attractive and at the same time significantly cheaper alternative to the Ghibli.
Only around 1, 100 units of all 3 model series together were produced, fewer than the Ghibli.
The car is being sold on behalf of a private customer. Subject to errors and prior sale
