On the road this Cooper drives very well. The 1275 engine is smooth with impressive performance right through the rev range. The gearbox is taught and precise as you would expect. This is an MPI Mini which stands for multi point fuel injection, to get out on the open road all you need to do is turn the key and go. Further features include a drivers airbag, side impact beams and an alarm and immobiliser. They also benefit form taller gearing making long distance cruising a breeze.
