After 100s of hours of hard work and lots of effort detailing her she is now ready for a new home!
This stunning 1970 Almond Green Traveller has just come out of her build bay in the WRCC workshop and is looking for a new home, could her new owner be you?
She has been fully refurbished with time or expense been no object, resulting in a superb standard of finish on the final product.
Structurally she has been stripped back to bare metal underneath, all the repairs no matter how small carried out then refinished underneath for protection (pictures at the end of the walk around video) so she is not only solid she is very presentable too.
At the same time she was fully poly bushed and had all new brake lines fitted, as well as a full new exhaust system.
Bodywork wise the Traveller has had 4 new wings fitted then she has had a nice WRCC quality paint job on her in her original colour of Almond green.
The wood on the Minor has been stripped right back then finished in Osmo oil for protection form the elements.
New chrome has also been fitted all round incl bumper blades, hinges, mouldings, hub caps and bezels also new lights.
Powder coated wheels and grille are also newly fitted,
The exterior look of the Minor can only be described as show standard and certainly is top end quality wise.
The engine bay has been detailed with the original gold seal engine taken out, pulled apart inspected then repainted and put back together with new thermostat and water pump, a new radiator and all new hoses have also been fitted,
Also an electronic washer upgrade and electronic ignition.
Again you could take her to any show and leave the bonnet open with a great sense of pride.
Mechanically the car is standard apart from the washer pump and ignition, we can fit any upgrades her new owner may require.
As stated earlier all the cars brake system is new incl lines, wheel cylinders and master.
We have fitted a newly reconditioned Heathrow transmissions gearbox and new clutch.
wearable items such as the tyres, brake shoes and exhaust are all new.
inside the NEW theme is carried on with freshly refurbished front seats, new headliner and sunvisors, carpets, door cards, glovebox liners etc.
This leaves the cab not only a lovely clean place to be again its upto show standard.
The Minor has also been treated to all new window rubbers and rear frame window runners, new glass and under carpet and bulkhead insulation.
As you can tell from the description and accompanying YouTube video no expense has been spared and we have also spent a lot of time on her.
The final standard of car is absolutely superb and must really be viewed to be appreciated.
