An early R107 in a rare (and very 70’s!) colour combination, recently re-commissioned with very sensible mileage of 83, 000.
Just arrived and awaiting full preparation, it has 12 months MOT and will be serviced & receive a full checkover imminently. More photo's will be live soon but please reach out for any further information, or specific photos/ walkaround videos.

Having recently left a private collection of 8 years due to bereavement, a gentle re-commissioning has just been carried out ensuring the car is ready to be enjoyed by it’s next owner. Although not a concourse example, it presents very well indeed and in my opinion offers great value for money for one of the most useable classic cars out there. It has very good paintwork/ chrome/ glass throughout.
There is no corrosion to be found on any body panel, floor pan, sills or heater box and an external inspection of the bulkhead shows no issues. There are two areas of non structural corrosion that I will have repaired, both the usual suspects on an R107! The spare wheel well has corrosion to the centre and far end, and the off side front upper inner arch has two small areas to be addressed. MOT history shows good ongoing maintenance, and issues addressed when found. Bar a split to the drivers side bolster which will be repaired in the new year, the interior is in good order throughout with only a few age related areas of wear.
Although MOT exempt, I have presented the car for a test which highlighted two minor advisories that will be addressed. I have scheduled a mechanical inspection and an engine service for added peace of mind. I have now covered over 50 miles in the car and it drives just as well as you’d expect from an R107 with strong brakes and tight steering. The 197hp & 211 lb/ ft 3. 5 V8 offers ample performance with the right level of noise on a trip and the gearbox shifts quickly and smoothly though all gears.
Finished in Aqua Blue with contrasting Deep Blue hard top and hub caps, hidden under the deckled is a dark blue fabric hood.
Inside the colour scheme continues with Blue MB TEX to the seats, and all other leathered areas. The carpet set in the cabin is dark Blue with over mats, and the boot has been freshly carpeted to match in the interior.
