This Ferrari 275 GTS/ 4 NART Spyder is the result of over 8, 000 hours of dedicated commitment to reproduce one of the world’s most iconic sports cars .
Only ten Ferrari 275 GTS/ 4 NART Spyders were built.
In a contemporary road test report Road & Track magazine dubbed it “The most satisfying sports car in the world “
The torque tube chassis was first introduced on the 330 GTC of 1966
and was carried over unaltered for the production of the 275 GTB/ 4 and then later the 365 GTC/ S.
This is chassis 330 GTC 10221, the very next chassis to 10219 one of the original 10 NART Spyders built.
This car is fastidiously researched and executed over a period of 30 years accessing directly an original NART Spyder as reference.
All parts fitted to this car, including the fixings are peculiar to the model and are of original Ferrari parts bin source including very many, now impossible to find new old stock items.
Due to the now dire parts situation this venture would be impossible to repeat, rendering this car unique.
The body is hand crafted in aluminium by Nigel Richards at Solo Carrosserie Hamburg.
Fitted with the most potent engine variant designated for this chassis type, the 365 GTC unit bears engine number 12155 and is meticulously rebuilt retaining all standard dimensions.
All ancillaries are either NOS or are rebuilt as new, nothing has been overlooked!
Exterior colour is Grigio Scuro 20-E-166 with the finest Arancia Nappa Leather interior by Ferrari trim specialist Hagen Kruse.
The car is accompanied by its original Registration document (Title) a valid German Fahrzeugbrief.
Based in Hamburg Germany it is fully TUV approved, due to its authenticity and originality it has satisfied all criteria to be officially awarded Historical Vehicle status.
