HISTORY FILE
This particular example was first registered on the 1st April 1974 To a Mr Snow By Ford Dealers 'Abbey Garages' of Pershore to coincide with Mr Snow's retirement, Having been the chief engineer of Severn River Authority and being regarded as a very meticulous engineer he was rewarded with this stunning example, Today it stands unrestored and original a testament to Mr Snow
A captain's log was produced over many years detailing Dates Driven, Miles Travelled, And every gallon of fuel used... WOW! This carried on until 1987 when Mr Snow eventually gave up driving and had covered only 16860-miles from delivery, The vehicle then passed to his Son-in-law where it then went into storage but with strict instructions that twice a month the engine was run up to temperature! Ensuring the love remained with the vehicle, A then 2-owner family retained vehicle for some 44-years
Gracefully the vehicle then passed to a super fastidious third owner who simply loved the vehicle and cocooned it away until such time has come they have decided to part with the vehicle, Retaining the original order form and original purchase invoice simply astonishing!
Historic tax discs are present along with the supplying dealers tax disc holder, Original service book and owners manuals accompany, With reams of previous historic MOT's and routine service bills and most importantly 'The captain's log book' and just for good measure the Show winning rosettes this beautiful example has picked up along the way
Quite simply a unique original example which will stand proud in any Ford lovers Garage or Collection.
