We are very pleased to offer an awesome 1998 Rover Mini Cooper Sportspack. Finished in Solar red with a contrasting white roof, bonnet stripes and four spot lamps and benefitting from the very sought after full length electric sunroof. This genuine Sportspack Cooper has covered 72k in 26 years and benefits from having lots of recent love and attention. It is accompanied with a large service history folder including a fully stamped service book, original handbooks and a raft of service receipts as well as a long list of new parts. It also has both sets of keys and fobs.
On the road this Cooper drives very well indeed. The 1275 engine offers lots of free revving power and the gearbox is precise. This is a multi point injection Mini or MPi as they are known, they are always very popular as they offer all of the Classic Mini charm with a modern twist. Simply turn the key and go. Further features include a drivers airbag, side impact beams, an alarm and immobiliser and taller gearing making long distance cruising a breeze. Performance will certainly surprise as they easily keep up with modern traffic and will always make you smile on the open road. New tyres and brakes means it handles and stops like it should. A stainless steel exhaust gives it the correct subtle burble. At the touch of a button the experience is totally transformed with that wonderful full length electric sunroof, the full open top motoring experience is on offer and in a Mini a makes the experience even more fun.
The interior is very well presented and benefits form a very rare Cumulus grey leather seats, a rare option at the time, and contrasting red carpets, beautiful colour coded dashboard with matching door caps and alloy door furniture. We have also just fitted a complete new roof liner in the original material and an outer sunroof vinyl as well so it looks as good as new. It certainly stands out from the crowd. This Mini also has rear seat belts.
This Cooper has a super solid shell with its correct vented sills, body coloured floor pans, detailed engine bay and boot floor. The paintwork is in fantastic condition, this Cooper gleams and always gets immediate attention wherever it goes and rightly so.
The Mini has been fully serviced, checked and driven and it has a long no advisory MOT so it is ready to go and be driven and enjoyed and be the envy of your friends.
