Description
This Mini Cooper Sportspack was originally supplied by Henlys of Northampton on 23rd April 1999 and is presented in iconic British Racing Green with a white roof and body decals, over a black leather-trimmed interior. Under the bonnet resides a 1275cc multipoint injection engine producing around 62bhp through a four-speed manual transmission. Specification highlights include 13” Sportspack alloy wheels, a bank of four Rallye-style fog and spot lamps, a burr walnut dash with subsidiary oil temperature and battery gauges, alloy interior trim, a leather steering wheel and a three-clock binnacle with magnolia-faced dials.
This Mini boasts 47, 144 miles from new and has been cherished by an enthusiast for the past five years. During their time of ownership, they regularly exhibited the car at shows and always ensured that it was garage stored when not in use. The British Racing Green paintwork presents well with a deep lustre, whist the glass, chrome and trim are all in excellent order. The chassis number is correctly etched into the front and rear screens. The cabin is in splendid, clean condition with some charming patina. The rear seats appear barely used. The boot and engine bay present very well and the 1275cc multi-point injection engine is sprightly, pulling well through all four gears without any crunches upon changes. Overall, the Mini is a rather nice example with some wear and imperfections as conducive with age and use.
The Mini is sold recently serviced and is MOT’d until 22nd March 2025. Supplied with the Mini are two sets of keys and a comprehensive history file dating back to the point of first registration including the original stamped service book.
