Here we have a very clean example of the ever popular Porsche Boxster with the 2. 5-litre 6 cylinder engine mated to the Tiptronic gearbox - a great combination to have, which makes for an enjoyable and very usable sports car with German engineering.
This example was supplied new by Porsche in Stuttgart according to the stamp in the service book on the 5th June 1998 and appears to be a parallel import which was a popular way of importing cars into the UK in the 90s.
In its early life, the Porsche appeared to be serviced by Official Porsche Dealers / Centres, with the last service stamp in the book being on the 31/ 1/ 24 at 77858 miles.
The paintwork and hood are tidy with minimal signs of wear and tear. The front bumper is a little crazed, and there is a small dent in the bonnet. The front registration plate is a little cracked as well. Other than that, the Porsche presents very nicely. Matching tyres also feature – always a good sign.
The interior is clean and tidy. The car boasts black leather seats which are showing signs of minor creasing and there are signs of wear on the driver’s seat bolster.
Overall, a very usable classic that really looks the part !!
