Tipo184 Registered in 2024 and only covered 300 miles since completion. Hand built by creator Darren Collins in house by his Dowsetts team’s hands only, no outside modifications or add on parts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a very special and one off Tipo184. The current owner spent nearly 3 years trying to make this vehicle as authentic as possible with subtle touches everywhere possible.
The vehicle has been painstakingly modelled with time and money spent in the right areas. For example, the paint is an original Alfa Romero code from the period and the car was primed and then sprayed aluminium silver underneath to use in conjunction with rub down in high use areas to show age.
The vehicle then went through a patina stage with the team taking weeks to finesse all areas credibly. Images are hard to display this but in person you are able to see all the small details down to the correct leather washers used to clamp down body retaining bolts and small areas of burnt paint due to fuel spills.
The car under the shell is a totally stripped down and fully nut and bolt restored MX-5 Gen 2. The engine has again been fully stripped, cleaned and restored to be as like new again from factory. Since being completed the car has covered 300 miles without issues and is ready to go, fault free.
This turnkey example continues as it has also been IVA tested and is fully road legal, one of only 2 example currently produced. The current build time for a fully built and road legal vehicle in the UK is currently 3 years!
To date the build has cost our store collector £90, 000 to produce and all invoices are with the car along with all supporting documentation and he is only selling to enable the purchase of a unicorn car from his bucket list.
