2010 Ford Mustang GT
Registration - FN59 AHK
Chassis No. - 1ZVBP8CH7A5166182
M. O. T. - November 2025
Odometer - 49, 000
‘FN59 AHK’ looks every inch the archetypal Pony Car in its eye catching Candy Red livery and well chosen aesthetic enhancements. ‘FN59 AHK’ has been in its current enthusiast ownership since December 2021 when the Mustang was imported to the UK from New York via Dubai. At that point, ‘FN59 AHK’ had covered a little under 46, 000 with the current owner adding around 3, 200 miles to result in today’s total of 49, 243. Well chosen modifications have been made by the current owner and some by earlier keepers. Highlights include a full respray in the original livery two years ago, a map by Litchfield Mapping Solutions, BC Racing coil overs and adjustable dampers, a Hurst short shifter and Borla headers and exhaust system. ‘FN59 AHK’ holds an advisory free MOT until October 2025 as well as a MOT history unblemished by advisories.
‘FN59 AHK’ represents the fifth generation of a Mustang lineage which dates right back to 1965. The MKV model was launched in 2004 but received a significant upgrade for the 2010 model year. ‘FN59 AHK’ is a post update model and hence was supplied with a more powerful version of the 4. 6-litre “Modular” Ford V8 and the more robust Tremec TR-3650 five speed manual transmission. In original guise this was a 315bhp configuration, but the upgrades detailed above will likely have improved that significantly.
The vendor describes ‘FN59 AHK’ as his pride and joy and the exterior exhibits all the hallmarks of a well loved companion. The Candy Red paintwork and underlying bodywork look pristine with the vendor rating them as “excellent.” Subtle enhancements include the custom machined bonnet pins, side and window louvres and yellow tinted auxiliary driving lights. The 19-inch, black finished Vossen alloy wheels were fitted by a previous owner and exhibit some minor loss of paint. The sporting cabin is predominantly finished in black leather, presents very well and exhibits some modifications of its own. Chief amongst these are the 12. 4 inch stereo (OEM unit also included), Prosport Performance auxiliary gauges fitted to the A-pillar and the distinctive Hurst short shifter.
Other unseen improvements include camshaft modifications and larger injectors, courtesy of a previous keeper, polybushed rear subframe, new sparkplugs, radiator fan and battery. A cold air intake is fitted together with a free-flow K&N air filter.
In summary:
· A stunning looking example of the much improved 2010 Mustang GT
· Numerous well-chosen modifications enhancing performance and drivability
· A sensible original mileage and one UK keeper since import
