Triumph T100 production resumed after WWII and the bikes now came equipped with telescopic front forks and an alloy cylinder head
Various models were produced until 1973 when dwindling sales from overseas competition saw the end of the line for the T100
The off-road popularity of these bikes created a complete scene with celebrities like Steve McQueen seen riding similar models
Owners customised their bikes by taking everything off that wasn't necessary and fitting off-road tyres
This example is a recreation of those On Any Sunday-style bikes
T100 frame and fitted with a T100SS engine, sump guard, off-road tyres, no lights or clocks and straight-through pipes
Benefitting from a recent recommission and now presented in running order
UK-registered with a current V5C
Complete with what is believed to be its original tank and recommission receipt
