Here's something a little tasty. Its a rarely found Dax, Porsche 356 Speedster, replica , created on a Type 3 Fastback, giving a better base than your average Beetle base replica. The current owner, Terry, has enjoyed this little motor for over 20 years, but in recent years it's sat in his garage & life's priorities have taken over, so it's now on the market for someone to enjoy.
It's finished in gun metal metallic paint which suits it brilliantly. Considering it was built and painted in excess of 20 years ago, it actually looks very fresh, just with the odd chip & blemish, as can be seen in the photos. The steel wheels could do with a refurb, but the chrome hub caps are pretty good. Some of the brightwork is looking a little sad so that I would replace that & the hood, and although there, the canvas needs replacing. Lastly, the seats are past their best. Overall you're looking at a great solid 356 Speedster rep, that will be serviced, mot'd & ready for you to do a little refinishing, but you'll then add to its value, whilst enjoying this iconic shaped car, ready for next summer.
