This car has been totally cherished by it's last owner and previous owner, It's always garaged and covered with a showroom cover to keep dust off when not in use.
The paint is absolutely beautiful and polished most weeks even if the cars not used.
It has no rot around any of the arches or doors and only has the smallest of marks around the car but they are all tiny little chips and bits. Lots of the underbody items have been coated with rust proofing and some then painted over, the last owner of 2/ 3 years spent lots on it check the list, the owner before him was an mg mechanical engineer in his 60s he replaced the head gasket and had the head skimmed and pressure tested along with matching the liners, cam belt and water pump and all relevant parts. He did all the work himself including all services so we don’t have a record of this just what his family told the last owner when they sold it. It has full restoration manual and large mg manual on all repairs to engine/ gearbox The fabric fold down roof has no rips and works as it should. The rear plastic window is not damaged at all and is nice and clear to see through. and comes with the lovely red hard top, The hard top works perfect and I personally think the red colour looks good against the grey.

This is just a rough list as I will have forgot some but as you can see it's been well cared for. The car will come with MOT untill may next year but if I get full price will come with full mot, both keys and both fobs all working, All 4 tyres have almost new tread and are matching falkens all round. Only ever been run on shell ultra, yes it's a touch more expensive but this has only ever been a weekend fun car, plus it's a better fuel.

This car has wanted for nothing and is in fantastic condition, this is a future classic I drove this car for 2 hours and has no overheating issues at all and blows out lovely hot air, being the 2004 model it comes with the built in early water level low warning light on dashboard. It has the stainless steel under floor pipes already fitted. I bought this car to sell on as it needed the wheel bearing doing the v5 will be in my name as the new owner so will add on another former keeper, but I only ever bought this car to sell on after the repair of the wheel bearing which is being done by my local garage, this car is fantastic and you will not be disappointed with it, it’s mint for a 20 year old car it drives and looks like a dream, it’s immaculate, the splitter on the front is for downforce if it’s not to your taste it simply unscrews, black cloth seats in lovely condition with hardly any wear, any trial and inspection welcome and it’s going clear and I can forward on the report if you want it or you can buy a report for £10. If you want the full M. O. T for asking price it’ll take a week or 2 to get it booked in for M. O. T, thanks for looking. All the above, it’s the best one I’ve ever come across as all underneath solid undercoated including subframes as in 20017 it shows both corroding as advisories only and the mg engineer repaired and painted them on all other mot, s from 20018 onwards no mention of subframe corrosion so it’s all been sorted, the car starts first time engine sounds and drives superb, gears change smoothly through all the gears the clutch is perfect bodywork solid this car is a credit to the last 2 owners, last owner only sold it to me as it needed wheel bearing and was moving home and family being extended and needs a bigger car, grab this bargain. mileage will go up as I’m using it to enjoy until I sell it.
