1990 Porsche 911 964 Carrera 2 Coupe
Left hand drive.
129, 250 miles, will not rise much as it will soon be away for the winter.
MOT until 12th August 2025.
Engine and gearbox:
- 3. 6 964 engine was rebuilt around 12, 000 miles ago with updated cams by GCR Central Porsche specialists in Leicester.
- RS Sachs clutch and flywheel fitted around 12, 000 miles ago
- Factory LSD also fitted around 12, 000 miles ago
- Exhaust has no cat, a middle silencer then a G pipe before the tip.
Suspension, brakes and wheels:
- KW V3 coilovers all round with KW top mounts on the rear and adjustable top mounts on the front.
- Porsche 964 brakes all refurbed in red last year with new seals, dust covers and nipples.
- Brembo Discs with RS29 Pads.
- Cup 1 style alloys wrapped in Michelin Cup 2 tyres which are very low on tread, as I see tyres as a personal preference I have decided not to replace the tyres before the sale.
Interior:
- Recaro SPG buckets retrimmed and painted in Grand Prix white 3 years ago.
- Schroth Harnesses (black in pictures, but now red)
- Full weld in Customcages FIA cage.
- Brand new RS carpet set just fitted and RS Door cards.
- Prototipo steering wheel
Exterior/ bodywork:
- Recently been to the bodyshop to have a bunch of work done including new Cup mirrors, RS rear bumper and full paint other than the roof, so the bodywork is very tidy.
This 964 was originally built in 2008 for Porsche Leicester to go racing, unfortunately they pulled out and this car sat around at GCR Central Porsche specialists until I decided to buy it in November 2021 hence the MOT history.
It was re-shelled in 2008 too, which is fully documented in the paperwork.
I don’t actually want to sell this car as it’s my dream car, but my girlfriend and I have decided to go travelling around Europe next year so unfortunately this is up for sale.
