‘Olivia’ is believed to be one of just eight pre-war General Post Office vans surviving today with just six remaining in GPO livery
Although most of the vehicle was Morris Eight based, the van with its Minor radiator was known by the GPO as the Minor 35 cu ft.
‘FGN 202’ was purchased by the previous owner as a total project some years ago and sympathetically restored along side its stable mate ‘FGN 203’
Now fitted with a post-war MM 918cc side-valve engine offering 27. 5bhp @4, 400rpm when new
Complete with period accessories throughout, including an original document wallet, inspection lamp, a drivers shirt and original handbook !
A rare and very interesting, period-correct, Light Commercial, recently serviced and now running and driving well
This is a rare opportunity as correctly presented vans of this type are always welcome at country shows, garden fetes etc. but seldom become available on the open market
