First registered in 1979 and with the mileage now showing just 185. 000kms from new, the Range Rover was restored from bare metal and re-painted in the original delivery colour of Tuscan Blue, a colour applied to Range Rovers from the very first Velar prototype example in 1970.
The interior of the car is the most welcoming place to be, finished with sumptuous tan leather in a diamond quilt pattern in combination with Mocca coloured carpets, the interior just beckons to be used.
The mechanical aspect of the car is no different: with its upgraded 1992 turbo charged 2. 5 Litre 4 cylinder Discovery engine and 5 speed automatic gearbox, it is the ultimate 4x4 town & country workhorse, so practical to use in modern traffic, yet retaining its classic appearance. The Diesel Particulate Filter ensures that it meets modern emission standards for city work while the high/ low gearbox will negotiate most country terrain you throw at it.
