Very nice and especially original Volvo 340GL Special in 5-door version and with only 44, 000 km on the counter, with papers!
This copy was delivered new on 11-05-1984 in the Netherlands and is now permanently tax-free for The Netherlands. Finished in Gray-blue Metallic. This beautiful and typical Volvo paint is in used, but very neat condition. Normal traces of use. The GL is also equipped with headlight wipers, chrome frames and a more luxurious grille.
The interior is really beautiful. Dark blue luxury upholstery and very comfortable seats. The door panels are also partly finished in blue! The dashboard is in very good condition and shows no cracks due to UV. The cockpit is fully equipped with outside temperature and vacuum gauge. This is the Special edition absolutley unique in itself.
Technically, this Volvo has always been very well maintained. Recently had major engine maintenance and the Variomatic provided with new fluids. In addition, the selector lever and the sensor have been replaced (known 340 problem). The original 1, 397 cc engine has a power of approximately 71 HP and is linked to the CVT transmission. In other words, the fully automatic Variomatic! Drives perfectly and feels fierce.
A real 80s time capsule, this Volvo 3 series. The Dutch MOT is valid until 15-06-2026.
