Description
A 500 SE from the W126 series was the top sedan from Mercedes-Benz in the eighties. The 500 SE version is powered by a 245 hp 4973 cc V8 engine that is mated to an automatic gearbox. This 500 SE was delivered new in Italy and has been registered in the Netherlands since 2012. The beige leather interior combines particularly well with the dark red color with the melodious name “Pajett red metallic”. As may be expected from a top-class sedan, the car is richly equipped with luxury and accessories. Examples of this are the aforementioned leather upholstery, the leather-covered gear lever and steering wheel, cruise control, automatic climate control, wood inlay, electrically adjustable and heated front seats, reading lamps in the rear, an outside temperature gauge, and so on. The Italian maintenance booklet is part of the documentation with the car, as well as a valuation report, a brochure and the original manual. The stately and representative 500 SE is in good condition.
