Becoming a big scene in the UK now

Here we have a very interesting car for you, a Vauxhall Victor, but no ordinary one. This has been converted, and very well, to a V8 Hot Rod. This Rod is finished in a lovely and very well painted shade of vibrant orange with a metallic silver roof. The paintwork is in lovely condition and has been finished to a high standard. This is mirrored by the interior, which is finished in black with orange piping and black carpets - again all to a very high standard. Finished off with extra dials and a wooden steering wheel, which give this Victor a strangely modern but traditional feel, and is something you need to see to appreciate.

The engine bay is also very detailed being finished in black, but with a very pretty Chevy 5000 V8 sat in the middle. The engine is detailed with chrome Edelbrock cam covers and caps, and a Holly air filter cover, which are complemented with an oversize radiator (a good thing) finished in alloy. When the bonnet is closed it is secured with race clips in chrome, which sit very well with the rest of the chromework, which is in superb condition, and all adds to the fabulous appearance of this Hot Rod. The vendor informs us that the Rod has a Jaguar back axle and a Chevy gearbox mated to the engine. The gear stick is supplied by Quick Silver and looks very much of the car sat in the centre console. The boot is also very well fitted out with nice black paint and carpets and an alloy fuel tank with a fuel cut off tap.

The whole appearance is completed with a set of Superlight 13” deep dish alloys with a matching set of tyres, twin headlights and the real nice touch is stainless steel side exhausts sticking out of both sides - an amazing sound also adds to the package. This tasteful but unmistakable Hot Rod must be seen, so please come and see it and hopefully you will be of the same opinion as us on this lovely Vauxhall Victor Hot Rod.
