Here we have an incredibly rare original 1952 Berkeley Caravette alloy teardrop caravan.
These were originally made by Berkeley Coachworks Ltd in Biggleswade, Bedforshire, England.
They were marketed to be "Towed by any 7hp car" or "Easily towed by any 500cc combination" or in other words "Mototorbike & sidecar" as you can see in the advert.
This fantastic little caravan is the perfect compliment to any classic car or combination.
It boast a massive double bed that can be folded up as a settee & the rear hatch opens up and is complete with a modern gas camping hob to create those culinary delights.
The current owner has loved using this behind his 1961 VW splitscreen camper, for extra accommodation at time, but he's also used it to transport his 2 Brockhouse Corgi motorbikes, all the way to The Lemans classic at which point he would set up his whole combination as the perfect period perfect holiday setting.
It's in great condition and can be towed anywhere.
