This very original early 88" Series 111 Land Rover has led a sheltered life never having been used as a farm vehicle.
MMY 646L was registered in London on 6th December 1972 by distributors Henlys to a Doctor who lived in Llanelly, Carms.

Bodywork very straight with a lovely patina look.
Starts instantly and the engine sounds lovely.
Goes well down the road and the gearbox works well with good synchromesh in all gears.
The brakes could do with going through as they are rather wooden.
The bulkhead is excellent up top but will need footwells sooner rather than later.
The chassis generally looks good, has had welding over the years and has been coated with oil on a regular basis by the looks of it. I am sure you will find an out rigger that needs doing but nothing too difficult.
The exhaust is blowing and would benefit from replacement.
This will make a great winter recommission job that can be used immediately with some work and improved over time.
