This beautiful Cadillac 2 door coupe was registered to a Mr Jackson senior in Baltimore just north of Washington DC. His daughter inherited the car but due to illness couldn't enjoy the car , thus it was sold to a collector in Southampton UK. The car was purchased by its current owner 27 th april 2005 with only 28564 miles on the clock , and since then has been on numerous trips including the Goodwood revival in 2015. The car is a Fisher bodied series 62 Cadillac , still with its original paint and chromework . In 2005 a brand new fuel tank was put in the car. In 2007 the car received a full underside body treatment in South Germany by MDK metaldienstleistungen to protect it from the European weather conditions. The car has also a full new exhaust system fitted. In 2022 the brakes were completely revised and upgraded , and the front drums were upgraded to disc brakes with new brake servo installed to ensure safety on modern roads. The original steel wheels are in good condition and have full whitewall Coker tyres mounted.
The white leather and black cloth interior trim is absolutely original and are very comfortable especially on long journeys. The dashboard is in its original state with no cracks , tears and the interior lighting works well.
