Description
MGB Roadster 1967 MK1 . Bare shell restoration in the early 1990s with many photos in the history file showing a huge amount of work.
As well as the photos there is approx 3 inches worth of paperwork/ receipts. Though the major restoration was carried out some 30 years ago it has been maintained, updated and worked on since . Much of which is listed in a written timetable . Showing engine build, cylinder head to unleaded , back axle rebuild, brakes numerous times , electrical work etc etc. Well cared for classic , of course with the ease and cheap availability of parts etc easily done both then and now. There are just a few imperfections in the paintwork after all this time remonstrative of light use. The brightwork all remains excellent . The interior again is excellent with its original much desired 3 spoke banjo steering wheel. The boot space is super clean and carpeted. It holds a spare wire wheel , jack and knock off hammer. There is also a battery isolator. The full tonneau cover with half zip is almost new. The chrome wire wheels are in fine shape . Paired together with the Tartan Red and the early MK1 features this is a lovely classic to own. Great mechanically it really does feel like a “Use anywhere” classic. Drive it , show it , enjoy it ! An inexpensive way to really put a smile on your face encompassing all the good bits of the Classic car scene.
