This lot will be auctioned via Iconic Auctioneers, The Iconic Sale at the NEC Classic Motor Show 2024 - Motorcycles on Sunday the 10th of November, NEC, Birmingham, B40 1NT.
Introduced in 1954 and in production until Ariel ceased producing four-stroke engines in preference of two-strokes
Reliable and well built using a swing-arm frame and 650cc twin engine
Interestingly, the engine was basically BSA A10 internals within Ariel castings
This, very well restored example, is presented in good running order
"No expense" restoration by our vendor during COVID with professional engine rebuild, paintwork, new bearings, new tyres, 12-volt conversion with electronic ignition, new wheels, wiring, exhaust and new seat
History file including numerous receipts and other related paperwork
