The Suzuki GSX-R750 is a sports motorcycle made by Suzuki since 1984. It was introduced at the Cologne Motorcycle Show in October 1984 as a motorcycle of the GSX-R series for the 1985 model year.
1992 Suzuki GSX-R750N/ WN - 4th Generation Suzuki GSX-R750: Water-cooled engine.
The 1992 Suzuki GSX-R750N: 1992 US models are the same as 1991 with different paint and graphics. All other markets received the new water-cooled 1992 Suzuki GSX-R750WN. Of note is the 1992 Suzuki GSXR-600 was water cooled for the US market while the 750 had to wait one more year.

New water cooled engine and revised frame, bodywork and suspension.
To reduce the increasing heat under severe racing conditions a new liquid-cooled (water and oil) engine was featured for the 1992 GSX-R750. The new slimmer engine featured both oil injection piston cooling and water-cooled oil-cooler thus allowing a reduced cylinder pitch of 10mm and slimmer 57mm crankcase width. Torsional resistance increased by 24% thanks to a new 5-sided aluminium pipe frame with sand-casted steering head section and cast swing arm pivot while the new monocoque swing arm and new link type rear suspension improved handling. Cost savings were found in the plastic headlight cover vs the glass cover of the previous year. Dry weight remained at 208 kg and horsepower increased to 118 hp at 11, 500 rpm.
