This low mileage 7 presents very well and is finished in Racing Green with yellow accents.
Running a Rover derived 1600 twin cam engine with a 5 speed box, the vendor tells us it performs exceptionally and provides plenty of get up and go.
Showing 0 previous owners on the V5, this is a low owners example with a low mileage showing of 21000 miles, although we understand a new speedo had to be fitted when the original speedo stopped working at 10000 miles – hence the car has travelled nearer 31000 miles. The original speedo comes with the car as part of the mileage audit trail.
The service history is impressive – two service books showing regular annual servicing since new irrespective of mileage year on year. This is clearly a sign that this particular example has been cherished and cared for from new. The last service service stamp was 17/ 9/ 24 at Oakmere Caterham in Northwich. It is also worthy of note that last cambelt change was stamped on the 10/ 5/ 2023 at a mileage of 19600 miles.
The paintwork looks great with only very minimal signs of wear and the interior has been upgraded at some stage with black leather sports seats and Caterham embossed head rests. The car sits on 8 spoke Minilite style alloys with matching Avon tyres (the spare is a Michelin) and also boasts black all weather equipment. The vendor thas told us that the chrome headlamp bowls have also been recently replaced.
In addition to the aforementioned service books, the car also comes with an official Assembly Guide, 2 keys, and latest MOT certificate.
Overall a super example of the marque ready for its next owner.
