1980 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 2 UJW 2
For sale as an almost finished restoration, lots of work carried out previously, no welding needed, excelent underneath, runs and drives, comes with the desirable and valuable registration number UJW 2 which is transferable.
The bodywork has been restored to a very good standard and it was at the painting stage when the owner that commisioned the restoration unfortunately passed away, the car has a base/ guide coat on it and needs minimal preparation to be ready for paint, no bodywork needed, what was needed has been done, any rust was cut out and replaced with new metal.
The original colours are Moorland green metallic over Pewter green, a lovely combination, it starts and we have driven it around our yard, we have re fitted the chrome trims, lights, door cards etc just to show everything is there, the only item we can see that's missing is the front screen rubber but the chrome insert is here.
It has the original service books with stamps up to 100k its now showing 200k miles
This will make a very easy project to finish and has the added bonus of that fantastic registration number, we have the v5 in our name, the car is on SORN and has been for a good few years, the car will now be MOT and tax exempt but we have not changed that on the v5 its tax class is still "private light goods"
Of course the car is being sold as a barn find / re-commissioning project, it cannot be driven home, we can arrange delivery at extra cost.
