EXTERIOR
The black metallic paintwork presents with a great shine after a full machine polish by our in-house detailer. Other than a handful of minor blemishes in line with the mileage the car remains in fantastic overall condition. The plastic trims and grilles are looking great with no fading issues, the headlights are clear, and the 18-inch alloy wheels are free from any significant marking. The tyres are matching Michelin PS4s and are date stamped 2022 with plenty of tread remaining. All in all, a much-loved example that has been driven and enjoyed by only 2 keepers since new.
INTERIOR
The condition of the interior is excellent. The deeply bolstered Recaro seats hint at only light use with minimal marking to the grippy cloth/ leather combo. Other commonly worn items such as the steering wheel and gear knob are both very well presented, and we’re glad to see the original radio head unit still in place. Everything works as it should including the AC, and in the footwells you’ll find genuine RenaultSport overmats. This car is number 2903 as denoted by the individually numbered plaque between the seats.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The engine bay is tidy and original with no signs of accident damage or previous poor repair. Reading through the accompanying paperwork the car has always been maintained at close mileage intervals, and predominantly by Renault main agents. The most recent timing belt change was carried out in August 2023 at 36k miles, and for additional peace of mind a fresh service has just been completed at the current mileage by our trusted classic car workshop.
HISTORY FILE
This 40k mile example was originally supplied by SMC Renault (Woking) in March 2008. Within the accompanying History File the lucky new owner will be presented with the original Renault document pack with all handbooks, the stamped service book (entries below), a selection of invoices and past MOT certificates verifying the low mileage, the spare key, and the current V5C showing only 1 former keeper. The MOT is valid until October 2025.
